Ramiz Raja, a former captain of Pakistan, criticised captain Rohit Sharma and head coach Rahul Dravid for making too many changes to the starting lineup.
“India may be a little out of practice; they are still looking for the right formula. The main cause of this is that they haven’t been able to produce a settled unit, not even in the World Cup year. Before the tense match between India and Pakistan in the Asia Cup, Raza said, “I am actually shocked that they are messing around needlessly with a winning combination, they experiment with batting order, and the focus moves to something else.
“If you inquire about Pakistan’s starting lineup, anyone will respond without much thought. There are still questions about India’s XI, though, if you ask someone. And Pakistan might benefit from this,” he continued.
KL Rahul, a batsman and wicketkeeper, is still experiencing some discomfort. Despite being a member of India’s Asia Cup squad, he won’t participate in the opening two games. He does, however, play a significant role in the management of the team for the upcoming World Cup. However, his injury has made matters worse for India.
