Rumors of a rift are refuted by Saud Shakeel, who highlights his cordial and strong relationship with Sarfaraz Ahmed. Pakistani middle-order batsman Saud Shakeel, who is left-handed, responded to rumors of an altercation with former skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed in a recent interview. A verbal dispute between Sarfaraz and Saud took place during a training session prior to Pakistan’s Test series against Australia, as evidenced by a video that went viral on social media in December.

“For how long will I continue to be of use to you?” was a question Saud asked in the video. In response, Sarfaraz said, “I won’t be able to utilize you. I never gave you any instructions. I never asked you to switch things around.”

“You still made the swap, so I was beneficial to you,” Saud shot back. But Saud clarified the video’s context in the most recent interview, saying he had a cordial and strong connection with Sarfaraz. Since he was twelve years old, Saud has been connected with the cricket club where both players play.

“Saifi bhai is one of them, and I used to sit and watch him play because I have such affection for him. I used to hope and pray that he would do well. Thus, Saud said, “I have a great relationship with Sarfaraz, and the video that went viral was edited.”

He underlined that the video misrepresented a fight when, in fact, it was a lighthearted conversation between the two players. Saud emphasized the friendship he has with Sarfaraz, calling it a lighthearted relationship in which he makes light of the former captain.

Under Sarfaraz Ahmed’s leadership, Saud Shakeel will play for the Quetta Gladiators in the upcoming ninth Pakistan Super League (PSL). Fans can look forward to their cooperation in the next cricket matches as Saud’s explanation should allay any worries regarding animosity between the two players.
