This weekend, new details have emerged regarding the financial outlay Barcelona would face to acquire Dušan Vlahović.
These reports surface amidst renewed speculation linking the Serbian striker with a move to the Catalan club.
Vlahović is nearing the end of his contract with Italian powerhouse Juventus and is set to become a free agent very soon.
His representatives are actively seeking a new club for the player.
During this search, discussions have taken place with Barcelona’s management to ascertain their interest in signing Vlahović.
While Vlahović isn’t Barcelona’s top priority for attacking reinforcements, he has not been entirely dismissed by the club’s decision-makers, including Deco.
What, then, would be the financial commitment required for Barcelona to bring Vlahović to La Liga?
According to information from Italian sources reported by Mundo Deportivo:
“He is requesting a salary of approximately eight million euros per season and a signing bonus of 15 million euros.”
