When the tickets went on sale through the BookMyShow website, they were quickly sold out in a matter of minutes. Many fans were disappointed by this, which prompted them to vent their annoyance on Twitter.
Similar problems occurred on August 29 during the ODI World Cup 2023 ticket sales, which were only available to MasterCard users. When a user selected the booking option, they either got a message or got stuck in a long queue that frequently lasted 3 to 4 hours.
