Imad Wasim, an all-rounder, was chosen by the fans based on his 2023 Caribbean Premier League performances. He was not, however, chosen for the competition.

One of the best players in the nation, Mohammad Hafeez, spoke candidly about Imad Wasim’s absence from the squad.
