Pakistan Vs Newzealand Warm-up Match 01, Hyderabad - Fall of Wickets NZ Inning

The warm-up phase of ICC WC 2023 has kicked off with Pakistan winning the toss and electing to bat first in the opening game against the NZ. while batting first, Pakistan put a massive total of 345 on board thanks to Rizwan, Babar and Saud with their massive contributions. It’s 346 that NZ have to chase down to mark their world cup journey with style. 

The two left-arm batter i.e. Rachin Ravindra averaging 23+ and Devon Conway averaging  46 in ODIs started the chase for NZ.  From Pakistan, it’s Haris Rauf to open the innning. Hassan Ali, who has been critised for his inclusion in the Squad for WC got 1st ball wicket of world class batter, Davon Conway on duck. After 2 NZ were 5 for 1. There came, Williamson, a very solid looking better who with the Rachin paced the innings and took the scorecard to 141 by adding 137 runs partnership. Williamson retired hurt after scoring 54 off 50 and let Mitchell hit the ball. Further removed Ravindra who was playing at 97 at a strike 134+ in the 24th over of the inning.

Next came wicket Keeper batter Tom Latham to find ways of chasing down the huge total. He was also removed by Usama Mir with the help of Rizwan catching the ball behind the stump. He went for 18 off 13 in the 28th over of the inning. Pakistan looked in command with the wicket of Glenn Philips who had been fallen to Usama Mir when NZ was 218 for 4. It’s 2nd for Usama and 4th for Pakistan.
