Tickets for ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 goes Live today. Today, Friday, August 25, will mark the official start of the general ticket sale for the 2023 ODI World Cup, according to the International Cricket Council (ICC). The massive gathering starts on October 5 and lasts until November 19.

On Friday, August 25, fans from around the world can purchase tickets starting at 8:00 PM IST through the ICC’s ticketing platform.

As a result of the expected high demand for tickets, ICC will start the sale procedure in stages. As of today (August 25, Friday), non-Indian warm-up games and matches will kick off the ticket sales.

Tickets for 44 international matches at ten venues will be made available to the general public in the first phase. The cities of Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Dharamsala, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Lucknow, Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune will host games of the ODI World Cup in 2023. The warm-up games will be held in Thiruvananthapuram and Guwahati.

The opening match of the 2023 edition, which will be hosted by India, features the defending champions England and the World Cup losers New Zealand. The first game will be played at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, which is the biggest cricket stadium in the world.

  • Thiruvananthapuram, Guwahati, and India matches (warm-ups) on August 30 starting at 8:00 PM IST
  • India’s games in Chennai, Delhi, and Pune will begin on August 31 at 8:00 PM IST.
  • India games in Dharamsala, Lucknow, and Mumbai on September 1 beginning at 8:00 PM IST
  • Bengaluru and Kolkata matches involving India: Tuesday, September 2, 8:00 PM IST and later

When to order tickets for the final Match and Semi Final Match

Final and semi final rounds: September 15 starting at 8:00 PM IST. “We are thrilled to announce that tickets will go on general sale for the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 today, bringing the pinnacle event of the one-day game directly to the world,” said Geoff Allardice, chief executive of the ICC. Everyone is urged to reserve a seat and attend this momentous occasion.

India will begin their campaign on August 8 in Chennai against the five-time champions Australia, though the competition doesn’t begin until October 5. The eagerly awaited match between India and Pakistan will take place on October 14 in Ahmedabad.
