Arrival of the ICC World Cup 2023 trophy in Kabul. In preparation for the tournament that begins in October, the Men’s ODI World Cup 2023 trophy, which is on a world tour, arrived in Kabul on Thursday morning.

Cricket fans will have the opportunity to see the trophy up close when it stops by various locations in Kabul.

On June 27, the trophy’s journey began in India, the competition’s host nation. It visited Pakistan, Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, the United States, the West Indies, Bangladesh, Kuwait, Bahrain, Italy, France, and England before arriving in Afghanistan.

From October 5 to November 19, ten teams will compete for the trophy at ten different locations, with the tournament’s opening game and championship match taking place at Ahmedabad’s Narendra Modi Stadium.

All teams will compete against one another for a total of 45 league matches during the round-robin format of the tournament.

The top four teams will advance to the semifinals, which will take place on November 15 in Mumbai and on November 16 in Kolkata. There will be reserve days for the semifinals and championship.
