Indian lawyer file case against Mohammad Rizwan for offering prayer in Ground, such as shameful act from india

Indian lawyer file case against Mohammad Rizwan for offering prayer in Gound, such as shameful act from india. Surprisingly, Mohammad Rizwan, the wicketkeeper batsman for Pakistan, has been the target of a complaint by an Indian attorney to the International Cricket Council (ICC) for allegedly “defeating the spirit of sports” by praying on the ground and endorsing Gaza.

The top cricket body has been requested to take “strict action” against Rizwan by Vineet Jindal, the same lawyer who filed a complaint against Pakistani presenter Zainab Abbas for her “anti-Hindu” remarks.

Following his prayer during Pakistan’s first-ever game against the Netherlands in Hyderabad, the wicket-keeper batsman dedicated his century against Sri Lanka on October 10 to the “brothers and sisters in Gaza”.

In his complaint to ICC Chairman Greg Barclay, Jindal, an advocate for the Supreme Court of India, said, “This is a complaint about Pakistan Cricket Player, Mohammad Rizwan, who was seen offering namaz on the cricket field during his team’s opening match of the ongoing ICC Men’s ODI World Cup 2023 on Friday (October 6) against the Netherlands in Hyderabad.”

“Muhammad Rizwan’s act of reading the namaz in front of a large number of Indians on a cricket field is emblematic of the deliberate portrayal of his religion, which goes against the essence of the sport.

“The player’s own action calls into question the philosophy they adhere to while playing the match as well as the spirit of the match. Mohammed Rizwan deliberately conveys his intention to communicate that he is a Muslim by flaunting his religion, which goes against the essence of sports. During the break, Rizwan was spotted praying in the middle of the field while his teammates waited for the beverages, the attorney claimed.

“The act of representation of his religion by Mohammed Rizwan in the field and further followed by his statement in his press conference regarding the dedication of his victory to the people of Gaza further attests to his religious and political ideology,” he stated.
