The 25-year-old Swiss international has completed a permanent transfer to Elland Road. The deal is reportedly valued at €21 million, including various add-ons. While Okafor scored only seven goals in 54 appearances across all competitions for Milan, his reputation as a clutch player was well-earned. Four of his goals came between the 76th and 90th minutes, with an additional two scored during second-half stoppage time, highlighting his ability to deliver in decisive moments.

Leeds United Welcomes Versatile Forward Noah Okafor

Leeds United officially announced the signing of Noah Okafor on a four-year contract, pending a work permit and international clearance. The versatile 25-year-old forward, capable of playing effectively on either wing or as a central striker, joins Leeds from Italian powerhouse AC Milan.

Okafor began his professional journey in Switzerland with FC Basel, where his impressive trickery, pace, and goal-scoring prowess earned him the prestigious Swiss Super League Young Player of the Year award. This early success paved the way for his transfer to Austrian club Red Bull Salzburg.

During his tenure at Red Bull Salzburg, Okafor made over 100 appearances across all competitions, directly contributing to an impressive 57 goals. He has since earned 24 caps for his country and was part of the Swiss squad that competed in the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Okafor marks Leeds United`s ninth summer signing, joining the team as the Premier League campaign gets underway. He will be reunited with some familiar faces, having previously played against his new club in a pre-season friendly in Dublin. Leeds United extended a warm welcome to Noah, expressing their excitement to see him make his debut for the Whites.
