Imad Wasim and Mohammad Amir predict the World Cup semifinalist teams

Imad Wasim and Mohammad Amir predict the World Cup semifinalist teams. Mohammad Amir, a former Pakistani bowler, and Imad Wasim, an all-arounder, made predictions on their ICC World Cup 2023 semifinalist teams on Wednesday.

Amir predicted that Australia, England, India, and Pakistan would make it to the final four while speaking on Haarna Mana Hay.

“Earlier, I expected New Zealand, but now since they are not under any pressure, I’ll pick Pakistan. People frequently act differently when Pakistan is written off.” according to Amir

Pakistan, India, England, and South Africa were announced by Wasim as the mega-event’s semi-finalists.

Today, the ICC Cricket World Cup will take up where it left off after a four-year hiatus. The 2019 champions, England and New Zealand, will square off in Ahmedabad, India’s largest cricket venue. If the opening game of the 2023 edition can match the drama of the 2019 championship game, it will definitely get the tournament off to a thrilling start.

From October 5 to November 19 a total of 10 teams will compete for the illusive crown in a total of 10 venues.

All teams will compete against one another for a total of 45 league matches during the round-robin style Cricket World Cup.

The top four teams will advance to the semifinals, which will take place on November 15 in Mumbai and on November 16 in Kolkata. There will be reserve days for the semifinals and championship.

The 2023 ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup champions will receive US$4 million. The losing semi-finalists will receive $800,000 apiece from the $10 million total prize pool, while the runners-up will receive $2 million.

Each group stage match winner will receive US$40,000, and the six teams who do not advance to the semifinals will each receive US$100,000.
